I write a monthly column for Digital Camera magazine called the The Art of Seeing. Here is a selection of tear sheets...
The basic premise is to write about an image from my personal practice  in a way that focuses more on WHY I made a photograph than how. It is about ideas, motivation, creativity and seeing. Technical aspects of how images are created is covered, but it is not the primary focus. 
I run several sell-out  workshops for the Royal Photographic Society based on the premise of the column called Monsters, Myths & Metaphors and The art of Seeing . I have also created  talks for Camera Clubs and The Photography Show based on the work (see video clip below).
